This program is funded utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, and according to federal law, must be used to benefit low and moderate income persons. Eligible improvements will address structural, safety, health, energy-efficiency and handicap accessibility issues. This program will not fund luxury items. Eligible improvements include, but are not limited to:
Repair or installation of new water heaters and furnaces;
Interior or exterior painting;
Repair or installation of new roofing materials;
Installation of insulation;
Siding repair or replacement;
Window replacement (no bay windows);
