Floodplain Development Committee Final Report to be considered by City Council

On June 9, 2008 the Floodplain Development Policy Committee approved the Final Report and Resolution Establishing a Rapid Creek Floodplain Boundary Policy for presentation to the Rapid City Council.

The Final Report and Resolution will be considered by the Rapid City Council on July 7, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the City School Administration Center located at 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City.

Tax Increment Financing Guidelines Review Committee Final Report to be completed by August 1, 2008

The Tax Increment Financing Review Committee is continuing its work on the review and development of recommendations related to Rapid City's guidelines for the review of applications for Tax Increment Financing Districts.

Upcoming meetings are scheduled to be held at the City School Administration Center, located at 300 Sixth Street, as follows:

July 10, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. - 3rd Floor East Conference Room
July 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. - Council Chambers
July 31, 2008 at 11:30 p.m. - 3rd Floor West Conference Room

The Tax Increment Financing Guidelines Review Committee's Final Report is scheduled to be submitted to the Mayor by August 1, 2008.
